Pay your ESC Quarterly Maintenance Fees via ACH. ACH is basically an electronic check.
Just fill out a Shareholder ACH Authorization Form and drop it off at the ESC Office, in the mail, or send it to treasurer@enchantingshores.com. ACH forms are also available at the ESC Office.

Thank you to all Shareholders for taking the time to vote or come to the Annual Meeting. We need a majority of Shareholders to participate in the vote or be present at the meeting before we can legally begin the Annual Meeting.

This election would not have been possible without the Election Committee. Thank you for your time, experience, and great patience during this election.

We have 114 Shareholders who have consented to Electronic Voting and 165 who have consented to Email notifications of meetings. All Electronic Voting Consent Forms received after January 9th 2024 will be submitted after the Annual Election on February 9th 2024.
