Enchanting Shores community upkeep

When you own a home the work never ceases. When you have an entire community to maintain - it never ends and someone needs to manage it. That task falls to our property manager, Charles Imondi. Since taking over just prior to huricane Irma (it wasn't his fault) he jumped in and handled it.

The east end swales have now (Spring 2018) been regraded and are operating as intended, as can be seen from these photos of the swales.
